Studio Rental
Accepted payment methods include Mastercard and VisaAfter submitting the booking form, an agent will contact you during business hours to confirm your booking. A secure payment link will be sent via email for you to pay any remaining rental fee and security deposit, if required. Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment is completed, and you receive confirmation from us.

Rules and Conditions:
By renting with us, you agree to the following rules and conditions:
•We require a minimum reservation of 3 hours.
•A security deposit of $500 is required if you wish to rent equipment.
•Your rental time includes the setup and cleanup period. Additional time will be billed at $60 per hour if the reserved duration is exceeded.
•A maximum of eight people is allowed per rented space unless discussed with the owner.
•Outdoor shoes or boots are not permitted in the studios.
•Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
•Food is allowed in the studios but only in the designated lounge area.
•The use of fire or smoke machines is not permitted unless discussed with the owner.
•When leaving, please return the space to its original condition: all items used should be put back in their place. Standing on furniture not designed for that purpose, such as tables and sofas, is not allowed. Cleaning or repair fees may apply, and any damaged equipment will also be billed.
•Damaged paper backdrops and/or Translum paper will be charged at $5 per linear foot.
•Ivy Gun Studio is not responsible for damage or theft of third-party equipment on its premises, nor for any injuries and/or incidents resulting from improper use of the space and/or equipment.
Date Change Policy:
Date change more than 72 hours in advance: no fee.
•Date change 24 to 72 hours in advance: 20% additional fee for management costs (non-refundable*).
•Date change less than 24 hours in advance: no changes permitted.
•Only one date change is eligible, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Refund Policy:
Full refund: more than 72 hours in advance.
50% refund: 24 to 72 hours in advance.
No refund: less than 24 hours in advance.
